Though Brown Construction crews are already hard at work grading the 14-acre site just east of Highway 65 at Sunset Blvd., Wednesday marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for what City of Rocklin Vice Mayor Ken Broadway calls "exceptional senior living for up to 240 of our residents." Vice Mayor Broadway, along with representatives of Assemblymember Kevin Kiley, Rocklin Chamber of Commerce, Sagora Senior Living, Allegiant Development Company, and, of course, Brown Construction, Inc. were all in attendance Wednesday to commemorate and share in the excitement of the groundbreaking on this large, upscale senior living community.

243,000 SF Type III wood-framed construction; 224 units; nine 1- and 3-story buildings comprising 14 independent living cottages, 130 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units; 14-acre site development includes swimming pool and 2,300-SF community building
